1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, applying for events, submitting a Top Friend application, or otherwise using KaySoCosmic ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our community standards. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Accounts & Conduct
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity on your account. You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, hateful, infringing, sexually explicit, or spam content. We may suspend or remove accounts at our discretion.
3. Community Content
You retain ownership of content you post but grant KaySoCosmic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on and off the Site. You represent you have the rights to anything you upload.
4. Events & Applications
Submitting an event application (including cook-offs) does not guarantee acceptance. Teams are selected first-come, first-served at our discretion. If selected, payment of the team registration fee is required within the stated window or your slot may be released. Registration fees are non-refundable once paid except where required by law.
5. Top Friend Slots
Top Friend placements are paid promotional slots reviewed and approved by Kay. Applying does not guarantee placement. If approved and invoiced, fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. KaySoCosmic reserves the right to decline or remove any Top Friend at any time.
6. Shop & Payments
All purchases are processed by our payment processor. Shipping, returns, and refund policies are listed per item. Digital items and tickets are generally non-refundable.
7. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to operate the Site (account info, content you post, order and application details). We do not sell personal data. Authentication and storage are provided by our backend partners.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaySoCosmic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
